Spurred on by, "picking up the Metro everyday and seeing that shit's going south..." North London singer/songwriter Chelou channels his fears for society in a beautiful new piece called 'Damned Eye See'. The track, which was recorded in his bedroom, features a whole host of unusual ‘instruments’, including cups and kitchen utensils (for percussion), with vocal samples provided by recordings of his 8-year-old sister Flic. Chelou's experimental approach delivers some pretty stunning results on this one, seamlessly juxtaposing innocence and disdain to create a cinematic electronic symphony with a hidden message. -HLMX
